Cant add to Microsoft cert store because .cert not .crt

Here's how to do that on some common platforms: Windows

This guide doesn't work: Microsoft expects to see a .crt but got a .cert, so I can't import it in. Copying to a temp file and renaming doesn't do the trick (I thought it just needed the data inside).

I couldn't get this to work.
