Dataset titles, descriptions, URLs, etc. replaced with spam

Many of the dataset titles, descriptions, URLs, etc. appear to have been replaced with spam messages written in Indonesian advertising abortion services.

Because anyone can register an account without any verification and immediately begin editing dataset entries, this shouldn't be too surprising.
