An alternative to Papers With Code using their database — looking for feedback and collaborators
I’m an ML engineer, and I used to rely on Papers With Code to find the latest models for specific topics or datasets. I was pretty disappointed when the project was discontinued and the site went offline for a while.
So, I decided to build an alternative — starting with the last published Papers With Code database, then cleaning and restructuring it, and adding a data processing pipeline. From here, the idea is to grow it with community contributions and ideas.
We’re using GitHub Issues as the main platform for: -Submitting missing papers, datasets, or code links -Suggesting new features -Reporting bugs or incorrect data
All the main elements — papers, datasets, subsets, methods, benchmarks, and venues — are interlinked, so you can click your way through related content, sort of like Wikipedia for ML research.
I’m looking for feedback on how to make this a genuinely useful alternative to PWC. You can help by: -Reporting bugs -Suggesting features -Submitting missing repo links for papers -Or even collaborating to improve the platform
