Override sender Addresse

Hi,

Is that possible to add a parameter/option to override the sender FROM address ? Should be with : sender_canonical_maps

This should avoid bad configuration / local domain / the server (like root@localhost) to try to send email with a bad sender.

BTW: your docker image rocks !
