Supersubtitles not downloading subtitles because inconsistent name

Open sugarman402 opened this issue 6 years ago • 2 comments

Can we get an inconsistent_name fixing block in the supersubtitles.py too? I found some inconsistent naming on the supersubtitles webpage (for example Titans - Titans 2018), so the subtitles didn't downloaded for the episodes. The Hosszupuska.py has the fix_inconsistent name block, can we get that for the supersubtitles.py too? Sub-Zero 2.6.5.3124 Log: https://pastebin.com/CAp9FQdf

Thanks in advance

Please tell me what exactly you're experiencing, what you expect, and post DEBUG logs (set SZ's log level to DEBUG (at the lowest part of SZ's settings, set the logging verbosity to DEBUG), then do the same and post your logs.

The logs are already DEBUG level, the verbosity set that way.

I downloaded (for instance, but the other episodes acts like this way too and other series too-See, For All Mankind, etc-) Titans.S02E09.1080p.WEBRip.X264-METCON.mkv on 2019.nov.02. The plex identified that correctly, so all the matadatas -cast info, pictures, etc - downloaded. The hungarian subtitle uploaded to the supersubtitles webpage on 2019.11.04 as Titans - 2x09 - Atonement (WEBRip-ION10, WEBRip-AFG, WEBRip.720p-METCON, DCU.WEBRip.720p-NTb, DCU.WEB-DL.720p-NTb, WEBRip.720p-RMTeam, WEB-DL.720p-RMTeam, WEBRip.1080p-METCON, DCU.WEBRip.1080p-NTb, DCU.WEB-DL.1080p-NTb, WEBRip.1080p-RMTeam, WEB-DL.1080p-RMTeam, DCU.WEB-DL.2160p-NTb). I saw on 2019.11.05 that only english subtitle downloaded (from hosszupuska), so I refreshed all the metadatas, but nothing changed, despite the fact there is a hungarian subtitle for that exact release. I expect that the SZ download the hungarian subtitle for this release.
