Feature request: Whitelist or presentation mode?

I'm working with an Openstack project and I'd be in trouble if I had cloud-to-butt enabled all the time.

It would be great to have a whitelist solution or maybe a keyboard shortcut to enable a boss/presentation mode. I can't really think of a proposal for a fitting substitution when boss/presentation mode is active, maybe it could be a config option?

Along the same lines, I think it would be awesome if you could click the icon to turn it off, similar to XKCD Substitutions
