Does the ‘static_AE' implement the 'DynGEM' model in the paper?

Hi, auther. I notice that you refer to 'DynGEM’ model in your library, but I can't find your implement about it. In 'ae_static.py', you just support the base of general auto-encoder and use the second-order loss component in your paper. And in your paper, the codes do not use incremental way to train model. Could you please answer my questions? Thank you. Sincerely
