From sub-ms latency goes to 4 ms latency of packets sending. It goes fast when started but later on it becomes slow and sometimes it just stops. Does this DDoS tool even work? Some videos shows that cpu usage is 100% on pc and it becomes slow...?

you should use multiple tabs to perform the attack

it floods the server but in diff tabs all to gether
