extraSqlScriptAs Extension is un-responsive

There's no response from the extension after selecting any of the options available from the menu.

Azure Data Studio version details: Version: 1.40.2 (user setup) VsCode: 1.67.0 Electron: 17.4.11 Chromium: 98.0.4758.141 Node.js: 16.13.0 V8: 9.8.177.14-electron.0 OS: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19045

I can't reproduce the error using the same version. What database engine are you connecting against?

I've only had this issue when attempting to use the extension with azure hosted databases, Otherwise it's working as expected.

Initially I will try to better manage errors in unsupported engines.

Maybe later I can try to be compatible with a azure hosted dB

I see a similar problem with azure hosted db's on version 0.5.0 - this would be great functionality to have for ADS. Looking forward to the update
