Hi, I need to install a file in /Library/LaunchDaemons but getting an error. Full disk permission has been granted.

turn off SIp and see if it works then ?

if so, there is nothign you can do except get people to turn off sip. which si insecure

I have the same issue. I moved all files that I uses to this packages incl. Pre-install script to /private/tmp and used them from this location. After that I can build the package file without any problem. Hope this can help you to fix this problem.
