Latest Build
The Packages app version available for download is quite old (v.1.2.3). Is it possible to download the latest (nightly?) build of the Packages from this repo or from somewhere else?

As I'm currently fighting regressions in Mojave, don't be surprised if sometimes Dark Appearance support is enabled and other times, it isn't.
@packagesdev are there any regressions to be aware of with the command line packaging on Mojave? we're still running 1.2.3 and it seems to be working fine on mojave so far
The regressions I'm currently dealing with are with the UI because of AppKit issues. Regarding the command line and the build engine, the only known potential issues in Mojave with version 1.2.3 are the ones related to the new privacy "features" regarding the ~/Pictures, ~/Library/Calendars, ~/Library/Safari folders. If you have some assets in these folders being used for the payload or metadata of your distributions/packages, the build may fail.
I would prefer to not download software from an HTTP only address - why not use the GitHub releases functionality to allow downloads?
