issue with booting natively

tried to boot this os natively (flashed it onto a usb with balena) and it done plugged in 2 extra usb sticks and i cant boot from it image

This OS was not really meant to be run on native hardware. People have successfully booted it on old thinkpads running traditional x86 BIOS firmware, but judging from this screenshot you're probably running windows 10/11 with modern UEFI firmware. I'm not familiar with Balena but if you really want to run this OS on bare metal then you should probably do it on an old machine with no valuable data.
