The only difference that I saw compared to the example reported in the manual is in PROCESS NUMBER. I have 1 while in the example is 4. What does it represent? thnks

Please check whether the file exists: C:\Users\ieo4635\Desktop\PCGF3\pLink_task_2020.03.27.12.03.42\QEPlus_200307_ST_DP_P3_XL_3ul_01_HCDFT.pf2.

If not, please install MSFileReader according to this wiki: https://github.com/pFindStudio/pLink2/wiki/FAQ#how-to-install-msfilereader

Hi, I'm trying to use pLINK software 2.3.9 but every time I need to add a new database the pCONFIG software crashes. What should I do?

Thanks inadvance

Dear @Stamburr ,

Configuring meta data using pConfig needs write permission to the installation folder of pLink. If pLink was installed to folders like C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86), you will need the administrator privilege to run the pConfig/pLink. The default installation folder (C:\pFindStudio\pLink) was recommended to install pLink.

Another possible reason may be that the paths of some fasta files contain special characters. Please make sure each file path contains only alphabets and numbers, no whitespaces or special characters.

If the problem still exists, please provide all *.ini files in the installation folder of pLink.

Hola!!!
