Feature: Meta data from event fields in Splunk output plugin

Currently Splunk output plugin only stores the original event in the "event" field. Sometimes it is necessary to have additional meta data such as timestamp or service name outside the "event" field. It would be great to have an ability to copy data to these fields from the original event.
