Request: also limit upload bandwidth

I use cloud storage on my phone which uploads (over WiFi) as fast as it can massive files.

This causes the rest of the network to be unusable and slow.

I do not have bandwidth management on my router.

The ability to limit the rate of upload from the app would be fantastic.
