How do I become able to write in Korean?

When I try to write in Korean, the vowels and consonants are not displayed properly and the output is strange. Is it a problem for Korean to be 2 bytes? I've been looking everywhere to see how to solve this problem, but I can't find an answer. I leave you with this question.
