Always show the spinning icon on long notes

I write long notes and while scrolling and writing I've noticed that the spinning/loading icon is only showed at the top of the note.

It'd be very useful to always show it even when you are at the bottom/middle of a long note, without the need of going back at the top to see if it has been saved or not.
