[FEATURE REQUEST] Reorder the scans and add other documents

Participants would like to have the possibility to reorder the scanned pages later.

User Stories As a user I would like to order the pages anytime, so that I don’t need to scan them again and could fix them later. As a user I would like to add other pages to an existing document as is the same topic. From an existing pdf I would like to edit, combine and arrange pages to create a new one.

Describe the solution you'd like

Users could have the possibility to arrange the pages of existing PDF documents or directly after scanning.

1. Create the feature that makes "Drag and reorder pages" possible.
2. Create the option "Add more scans" to an actual document.
3. Build the setting "Combine more than one scan" file
