Text editor needs to detect 423 locked http code

Steps to reproduce

  1. From server A (oC 10.1) federate share a text file to server B (oc 10.0.10)
  2. Lock the file in server A
  3. On server B, open the file with text editor

Expected behaviour

Text editor should warn that the file is locked

Actual behaviour
