Feature Request: Week view that starts on Monday

Current condition:

Open the calendar and you will see that weeks start on a Sunday.

Expected behavior:

Please can we have a week view that starts on a Monday?

This depends on your language.

There should be a global option to allow the user to set it as they wish, I believe this used to be in at least version 7.0 of OC.

I use ownCloud in English in Denmark and would like to set Monday as start of the week. This is possible in the Tasks app, but not in the Calendar app.

Hi, I'd like to see this feature return as well, please.

Also the ability to change the times to 24hr.

Both of these options were in 8.0 (which I've just upgraded from)
