Public File Drop - Uploads not registered

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a public File Drop share
  2. Open another browser and upload a testfile
  3. Check Activiety Log, or look into DB Tables oc_activity and oc_activity_mb

Expected behaviour

A Activity Log Message reporing that some anonymous user, better with IP Adress and Browser sucessfuly Iploaded a File

Actual behaviour

Upload happens, but no activity Log Entry is created
