Update hosting provider elestio

This is a patch to the Elestio page header text as it writes "One-click-install with DigitalOcean" And standardise the 'e' logomark to the full logo like the others.

I understand that it would probably take some time linking to each provider's documentation (if planning to do that moving forward). Refer to discussion for more details.
