Hi. The submitted link is made by analogy with the original link provided by author. In this release in a form of source files there is a compiled font file. The note column for the link contains the path inside the archive where the font file is located. The same link format with a note was used before. I installed this font this way - works fine.
Your alternative is:
- distro specific
- is not a direct link (bloated google page doesn't provide a file for me when opened)
