New type of storage can be mounted: Cloud archive (swift)

User story

As a user/data scientist/Machine Learning engineer,
 I would like to be able to mount an OVHcloud Cloud Archive (Swift) on a notebook, job or app

so that I can use and explore my stored and archived data, train a model or deploy in production.

Acceptance criteria

• I can attach an OVHcloud Cloud Archive (Swift) to my AI Tools (notebook, job, app)
• Synchronization is done automatically at start and stop
• Ability to use via UI, CLI, API

Warning

Synchronization time may take few hours, depending of the time you need to unfreeze your data.
