Extend php compatibility

Extend PHP compatibility to accept php 7.3

Hello @DurandSacha,

As PHP v7.3 is considered as EOL by the PHP community, I'm not confortable to extend the compatibility to an EOL version. Do you have a specific usecase for this ?
