New guide done into FRFR.

Peer review needed from @benchbzh before going on with integration into the other existing guides.

Need peer rv by @benchbzh and/or @Y0Coss for FRFR guides (interconnexion paragraph):

ssl_custom
ssl_dv
ssl_ev
ssl_letsencrypt
ssl_on_webhosting

Need proof by @benchbzh (latin and PL subs) and @tcpdumpfbacke (DE and EN subs) for the new guide (ssl_management).

All paragraphs (warning 2 types of paragraphs : first into SSL-custom/SSL-dv/SSL-letsencrypt/SSL-on-webhosting and the second into only SSL-ev guide) added.

These paragraphs were added to interconnect the new guide with the legacies guides.

Need proof only for these paragraphs by :

@tcpdumpfbacke for DE and EN subs
@benchbzh for latin and PL subs
