[SPIKE] Get List of Current UI Components Available to Dev

Before starting the UI components re-write, quickly extract from code the list of current UI components actually available to developers for customization

This will help us have a base reference of what is available vs what is missing/needs to be added

Populated the table in the wiki with whatever insight I could produce from my study of the components. I've coloured the component names based on important/parent (green), secondary/child (grey), and red (deleted, deprecated).
