Protect against duplicate primary keys

to introduce quick search / id upload we had to introduce a 'primary key' checkbox on the extended mappings. right now it's possible to select more than one field as the "primary key". the quick search component will arbitrarily pick the first one it finds, we should guard against the possibility of selecting more than one primary key.
