Telegram for MacOS is missing Services menu in the Menu Bar
Telegram doesn't have "Services" menu in the app's Menu bar (Telegram dropdown menu that is on the top left corner of the screen right after apple logo) like every other app does and I can't trigger any automations from Shortcuts app with the hotkeys because of that.
The functionality is described here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/guide/shortcuts-mac/apd163eb9f95 under Run a shortcut from a keyboard shortcut, plus because of that you obviously can't launch them from the absent Services menu, like it is described under the topic Run a shortcut from the Services menu.
This is a standard MacOS functionality and the menu's absence prevents from using Shortcuts automations while you're using Telegram app.
Using: MacOS 13.0.1 (it was absent in MacOS 12 as well); Telegram 9.1.1.238861 Stable (website version).
