Your own stickers sets are not getting suggested from an emoji anymore.

This broke as of ~a week ago.

Even when this setting set to "My Sets":

Your own sets are not suggested anymore. Nothing is at all.

Changing the setting to "All Sets" restores the suggestions, but still does not have any of your own sets. Only the animated Telegram ones.
