Implement mailer component

Looks like swiftmailer will soon be superseded by a new mailer component which promises to have a better interface and make a few new features available, such as sending emails via mailgun api, potentially handling webhooks, etc..

Once this is available, this should allows some good improvements to make a sensible v1.
