Turtle doesn't want to connect into my Turtle Control Panel

To be honest idk why i dont know how to connect it but okay i started up the Turtle Control Panel and also i made a pastebin and used ngrok but still it dont work D:

same when ever i put the pastebin into the turtle the turtle reads it but then it wont connect to the websocket

you need to make your own pastebin with your ip adress
