Local Hosting

I'm hosting the app on Ubuntu. All remote users can connect and everything works perfect, however with me being local I cannot hear anyone nor can they hear me? obviously instead of using my public I used private.

I use it on my raspberry pi which is on my LAN, but I connect via the same hostname that I give to others.

For you to not hear anyone, you might be failing to connect (the client has room for improvement with showing server status). I recommend using the same connection address as your other clients.

I have opened something similar there: https://github.com/ottomated/CrewLink-server/issues/92

But no success even with NAT loopback - IE using the same address than WAN users

Also having this issue! Works great for everyone outside the LAN. Any updates on this?

So I actually Got mine to work with a little bit of playing around. I completely started with a fresh install of Ubuntu. First install the app > make sure the port is allowed through the firewall > forward ports for wan users > completely reinstall the client > make sure its allowed through the FW > change your server in the client to the server ip for local it would be something like http://10.0.55.21: port
