Add documentation for getting server run on AWS / GCP / Azure?

This is mostly a question -- would people like a dedicated portion in the docs to dictate how to deploy the server any of the big Cloud providers / anywhere you can use a docker image? If so I could work on that.

Yes, that would have been very handy. As it is I have a t2.micro running it, took about an hour end-to-end.
