Add `status` command to CLI, to indicate status of in-cluster components

Many open source projects have CLIs that allow you to check the status of the components.

Proposal: Add a CLI command status that would look for and report the running state of each of Otterize's components (intents operator, credentials operator, network mapper and its subcomponents), in a nicely formatted output.
