ERROR in submitted BBS direct debit file received from CPS

We tried our first test with a file generated with the library. Would you have any hint on how to solve this error (ERROR in submitted BBS direct debit file received from CPS) Here is the test file we used:

I haven't touched this for 3+ years, but I seem to remember that you get an HTML file back with error details?

The whitespace in the test file definitely seems off 🤔 Might be worth trying to re-generate with older versions of the package to see if anything changes
