change Logic course
The Stanford Introduction to Logic course on Coursera is broken.
Almost all of the external links

end up dead:

It's been like this for about a year, and many learners left comments on Coursera discussion forums including myself, but they aren't fixing it.
So let's replace it with the ForallX project instead.
I did not open an RFC issue for this. Even though a course is being replaced, I do not consider this to be a significant change to the Curriculum. Almost the same, or equivalent, material is covered in the courses. Moreover a discussion was already held in ossu/math.
However, if you deem it necessary I'm fine with opening an RFC.
I'm very comfortable with this change and would be a vote to approve. At the same time, we should open an RFC so that others have the opportunity to read about the change and comment. In the past when recommending changes that have already been made in other OSSU curricula, I've shortened the comment period. I think that would be appropriate here.
I've set the duration to 2 weeks, hope that's OK. #1076
#1076 is now closed. Should be OK to merge.
