Metrics Dashboard (Grafana) showing "None" in top bar

The metrics top bar seems to be a little broken -- when opening the dashboard without a project, (link) I get: .

When opening a project from the front-end website (link), I get:

(Note "None" next to "Select Project.)

@scovetta I believe this can be closed. The behavior now defaults to using the purl pkg:github/translationexchange/tml-js-angular if no project is included in the link. I'm creating a follow up ticket because now that a purl is the key, I don't believe the Project box is doing anything
