looking for rail -2.7 support

After replacing rail-2.3 with rail-2.7,zrepl_send and zrepl_recv not work any more

Is there an easy way to acquire the 2.7 or newer library? The 5.1.2 SDK with rail 2.3 was posted by Silabs to github with a reasonable license, so it was the one incorporated into the project.

It also looks like 2.9 is the latest. Are there features in the newer libraries that motivate an update?
