Build error.

When we try to build the tool, we are getting the below error.

INFO  :: *** Gathering the list of data files to install
INFO  :: *** Running autoreconf
./bootstrap: line 821: autoreconf: command not found
INFO  :: *** Done!
./build.sh: line 25: ./configure: No such file or directory

We can't find the configure file on the folder.

Tried it on Ubuntu 18 server.
