Remove user metadata?

Starting this ticket to discuss what needs to be done around GDPR compliance for this project, since this project isn’t under active development.

We show the user name in two sections:

Since we don’t have any login option for changeset map, should we just remove the user name altogether? Or should we allow other tools like OSMCha that might be using changeset map to send a flag (and trust that they have authenticated the user?)
