[BUG] TCP port error on installation

Description

When I try to install, the application cannot install due to TCP issues.

May have something to do with being in a windows/wsl environment and Hyper-V. Relevant article: completely solve the problem of docker containers not starting or running on windows 10 due to port

Error response from daemon: Ports are not available: exposing port TCP 0.0.0.0:3333 -> 0.0.0.0:0: listen tcp 0.0.0.0:3333: bind: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
