KICK message not handled

When a channel operator kick me out, tiny does not show it nor close the connection. Interestingly, for some server, I can still send message to the channel.

(I am not really kicked out by an IRC operator, just tested it locally)

This is easy to implement once we figure out how to show it on the screen.

I forgot that this issue existed and rediscovered it this weekend (thanks @trevarj)

If I kick another tiny user from a channel two things go wrong:

• The kicked user do not get notified in any way. As they see it, they're still in the channel and can post messages.
• Other tiny users in the channel do not get notified in any way, they still see that the kicked user is still in the channel.

Not sure if related but I also realized that when I have a privmsg tab to the kicked user and they join the channel again, I see a +<nick> line in the privmsg tab. I'd expect that line to be shown after the user left the server and then joined one of the channel we're in.
