Missing and wrong regions for Italy country

Summary
When adding a shipping or billing address for Italy country there are two errors:

• The SU region (combined code IT-SU) is missing. The region is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Province_of_South_Sardinia
• The MC region (Macerata) is present but with a wrong code: SC instead of MC (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Province_of_Macerata)

Steps to reproduce
Try to create a user address and to select Sud sardegna or Macerata as region

Actual Result Sud Sardegna is missing and Macerata is saved with a wrong code

Expected Result
Sud sardegna should be found and Macerata code should be MC
