Lights-PointLights status cannot be saved

[HS2] The point light built into the MAP was saved with the point light turned off, but it is turned on when the scene data is loaded.

Expected Behavior

I want the Lights tab settings to be saved in the scene data.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load the Map.
2. Press F5. (Open the Graphics window.)
3. Select the Lights tab. Turn off the point lights.
4. Save the scene data.
5. Load the scene data.
