gnutls_handshake error when cloning

Hello I get this error when I try to clone this repo. Any Ideas how to go about fixing this? Command: git clone https://github.com/orbbec/OpenNI2.git

Output: Cloning into 'OpenNI2'... fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/orbbec/OpenNI2.git/': gnutls_handshake() failed: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.
