It would be very useful to have the FQDNs, ports, protocols, applications for communication of each component documented. Between console and agent, agent to internet, console to internet (updates, etc.).

Having this information allows an operator to quickly and easily deploy firewall and other content filtering policies needed to allow the overall service to function.

It seems unlikely to be needed for Orb, but also recommendations for AV/EDR exclusions if necessary.
