Error on attaching block device to multiple

Error 409 in do_volume_attach():

Volume $ID cannot be attached, because one of the volume attachments is not configured as shareable. To attach a volume to more than one instance, all volume attachments must be configured as shareable.

It would be a good idea to catch this and handle it more gracefully (or prevent it to begin with).

Hey @brenns10, is this issue still open. If yes please let me know, also if possible provide with some more information to start working with this.
