Where can you buy the quickdev16 card?

I just found out about this and I am really interested but every link I find leads back to this github and no where to buy the card. Any info?

Nowhere, it was sold-out long time ago, but now you can make your own!

is there a way that you can you can export it to KiCad?

That is on my todolist, but can't tell when it will be done :(

(well the latest kicad can import some eagle project, but this one is probably using an older version of eagle which is not supported, there are some other project for importing, but they are tedious to use)
