Incident.py response does not include ImpactedServices

I noticed that this library has not been updated for some time, but I would like to add an important MR. The Incident response model does not provide for an important update, which are the impacted services, I have already identified and corrected it locally, I would like to know if I can open an MR For this reason, we are Business customers of the platform.
